Wanted to explore Puerto de la Cruz and this hotel was right place for doing it. The room was bright and very clean, we were quite satisfied. The bar is lovely. Furthermore, free Wi Fi - was a nice touch.

Characterful base for 7 nights. Pleasant staff took care of us during our 7 days here. Pleased it had a bidet in the room. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk...

The bed was awful.

We could have lunch in Edelweiss set within 600 metres. Staff attitude was AWESOME. During our stay we visited playa martianez that was 10 minutes on foot.
